An Exclusive Project: Koctas Complaints Management

Koctas aims to increase customer satisfaction by incorporating the next4biz into its customer management business practices.

In line with that goal, Koctas started managing customer feedbacks using the next4biz application developed according to the cloud computing structure. The application on the cloud platform has been designed to help companies offer better service to their customers, reply to requests, suggestions and customer communications in general in the fastest way possible. The platform is currently used by all Koctas branches across Turkey. Thanks to integrations provided through web services, customer communications are brought to a resolution from a single center, fully integrated with internal systems.
