This policy governs the process for reporting (“Notice”) and, where appropriate, removing (“Takedown”) any content on www.next4biz.com and www.next4biz.com.tr, operated by Next4biz Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş., that is deemed to be unlawful, or in violation of intellectual property rights, personality rights, or any other legal rights.
Reporting Method
Any person or organization who believes that certain content is unlawful or infringes their rights may submit a written notice to Next4biz Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. including the following information:
- The full name and contact details of the notifier
- A clear description and the URL address of the allegedly infringing content
- An explanation of the right that is allegedly infringed (e.g., copyright, trademark, personality right, etc.)
- The legal or contractual basis for the claim
- A request for the removal of or restriction of access to the content
- A detailed statement by the notifier
- Date and signature
The notice must be submitted in writing and signed, either:
- Delivered in hard copy to Next4biz Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş., Sahrayı Cedit Mah. Halk Sk. No:40/4, Floor 4, PakPen Plaza, Kadıköy, Istanbul,
or - Sent to [email protected] via registered electronic mail (KEP) and signed with a secure electronic signature.
Evaluation and Takedown Process
Upon receiving a notice, Next4biz Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. will follow the steps below:
- Verify whether the notice is complete and properly submitted.
- Request additional information or documentation if necessary.
- If the alleged violation appears reasonable, temporarily restrict access to the relevant content.
- Evaluate the information received from all parties and decide whether to permanently remove the content.
- Notify both the complainant and the content owner in writing of the final decision.
False or Unfounded Notices
Any person submitting false, misleading, or malicious notices shall be held liable for any damages resulting from such actions.
Next4biz Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. reserves the right to take legal action against individuals or entities found to be abusing this process.
Notices from Authorized Authorities
Content removal requests made by official authorities will be processed in accordance with the relevant legal provisions and handled on a priority basis.
