Now you can access, track, and process your customers tickets through your mobile device using the renovated mobile web interface.
Customer Specific Reminders
You can set reminders for your users about a certain detail about the customer. For example if the customer is tagged “platinum segment customer” or “foreign customer” the system can remind the users when they take the issue.
Sorting of the Custom Fields
Now you can sort the custom fields under the issue submit and issue detail pages, independent from their category.
Auto Dispatch Logs
The auto dispatch logs are visible under the ticket history. You can see where and when the ticket has been automatically assigned in the history of a ticket.
