These API Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the integration services (“API”) provided by Next4biz. Because Next4biz provides access to its API strictly on the condition that the following terms are observed, accessing or using the API constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
Definitions
API: The software interface developed by Next4biz that enables data exchange through documented methods.
User: Any natural or legal person who uses the API directly or indirectly.
API Key: The unique credential issued for accessing the API. It may consist of a token or a username/password.
Application: Any software, web application, or service that uses the API.
Endpoint: The logical address and communication point exposed by Next4biz APIs over the network through which external clients can access a specific function or resource of Next4biz applications.
Access and Authorization
- API access is performed using an API Key or a username and password obtained via the application interface.
- IP restrictions apply to API access; only requests originating from permitted IP addresses may access the APIs.
- API access credentials must not be shared with third parties.
- API access authorization is valid only for authorized users and applications.
- A separate license is required for bot users, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or other automated operations.
Usage Limitations
- The API may only be used for the purposes described on the Next4biz Developers Site (https://developers.next4biz.com/) and in the relevant documentation.
- Unlawful actions such as reverse engineering, copying source code, or attempting to bypass security measures are prohibited.
- If data obtained via the API must be shared with any third party (another organization or person), the written consent of the data-owner organization must be obtained in its capacity as data controller.
- Next4biz applications enforce time- and volume-based limits for API requests. These limits must be observed during use. In case of overuse, the Next4biz platform may stop serving such API requests.
- API usage fees are set out in the Next4biz License Agreement.
Security and Data Protection
- All data transmitted during API use is encrypted over HTTPS.
- Any processing of personal data during API use must comply with KVKK and GDPR requirements.
- If your API Key or username/password is compromised, you must promptly change these credentials via the application interface.
- Users are responsible for the security of the data they transfer to their own systems via the API.
License and Intellectual Property
- The API and all of its content belong to Next4biz.
- The Next4biz platform and APIs are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. The authorization granted for API use does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.
Changes and Termination
- Next4biz reserves the right to modify the operation of the API, its Endpoints, or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Next4biz reserves the right to monitor, detect suspicious activities, and lock an API account where deemed necessary.
- Access to the API will be terminated if any use contrary to the intended purpose or these Terms is detected.
Disclaimer of Liability
- The API is provided as described in its documentation and within the scope of the operational service level. Next4biz does not guarantee that the API will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
- Prior notice will be given in the event of planned outages or maintenance.
- Next4biz is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from API use.
- Obligations and liabilities mandated by applicable law remain unaffected.
