SPECTRE
A Multi-Purpose Autoencoder Model for Decontamination and Anomaly Detection on Anomalous Business Process Event Logs
Our advantage is not simply that we added AI to customer service. We already owned the operational layer of customer service, and then we made that layer intelligent.
Next4biz was founded in 2006, but the story started earlier. Our founders have worked together since 2001, and founded Next4biz after identifying a clear gap in the market for an end-to-end customer service management platform that could be configured without traditional software development and delivered as multi-tenant SaaS.
We were building no-code, omnichannel and multi-tenant customer service software before these concepts became widely adopted in enterprise software.
Our first major customer relationships started very early. Şekerbank became one of our first customers in 2007 and remains a customer today. Over the years, we expanded particularly across the finance and retail sectors. Next4biz also expanded internationally, opening its first international office in Palo Alto in 2012 and later establishing a presence in London and the United States.
The founders begin working together, creating the long-standing collaboration that later becomes the foundation of Next4biz.
Formalis Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. is founded, later operating under the Next4biz brand. R&D work begins with the founding.
Şekerbank becomes one of the first customers to use the platform and remains a customer today.
Aktif Bank joins as a major customer.

We started our first AI-focused R&D project in collaboration with Bilkent University. That work formed part of the early foundation of Issue Intelligence.
Issue Intelligence, our first commercial AI product, was launched, with Kuveyt Türk among its first users.
From 2021 onward, we significantly increased our R&D investment and deepened our collaboration with universities and academics.
The academic team that had advised us for years formally joined Next4biz, with its lead professor taking responsibility for our R&D organization.
We did not simply assemble an AI team when generative AI became popular.
We institutionalized a long-standing relationship with university researchers and built a team capable of working across both research and product development.
The team has not only created commercial AI capabilities, but has also produced peer-reviewed academic research, publications in Q1 journals and award-winning conference papers. Two examples are particularly important:
A Multi-Purpose Autoencoder Model for Decontamination and Anomaly Detection on Anomalous Business Process Event Logs
Multi-Graph Anomaly Detection in Business Processes With Scalable Neural Architectures
Our research team also received the Best Paper Award at ASYU 2024 for research using graph autoencoders and dynamic edge convolutions for anomaly detection.

The company history is not only a sequence of dates. It reflects a consistent product strategy: no-code architecture, R&D-driven innovation, enterprise-grade security, integration depth, strong customer satisfaction, and a strong team culture.
Next4biz enables business departments to adapt, customize, and reshape the platform according to their evolving requirements and market conditions. A core principle of the product is to reduce dependency on IT for feature management, allowing business teams to respond faster to changing needs while helping IT teams focus their resources on strategic priorities.
Except for integrations with customers' core systems, many key platform capabilities can be configured through no-code tools, including forms, customer inventory and custom objects, workflows, SLAs, escalations, agent scripts, business rules, categories, and related configurations.
R&D has been part of Next4biz since the company was founded. Collaboration with universities, particularly in AI, laid the foundation of the company's first AI product, Issue Intelligence, an AI-based classification model trained on historical customer tickets and their categories.
The R&D department is led by an academic who previously headed a university computer engineering department, and Next4biz continues to collaborate with academics across different disciplines.
Security and compliance have always been critical priorities for Next4biz. Although the platform is delivered as SaaS and offers extensive no-code capabilities, it remains an enterprise-grade solution that often becomes a core component of the customer's operational architecture. It is frequently integrated with multiple core applications and enterprise systems.
For this reason, Next4biz has a dedicated steering committee consisting of internal specialists, managers, and external consultants who continuously work to strengthen the company's security and compliance posture.
Next4biz has maintained cyber security insurance from a global insurance provider since 2021, with annual renewals subject to the provider's qualification and assessment processes. To the company's knowledge, Next4biz is among the few SaaS companies in Turkey able to meet such requirements.
Each year, Next4biz obtains penetration testing and source code review services from independent vendors. The company operates in data centers located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Türkiye, where the customer chooses the location, and follows relevant regulations such as GDPR and KVKK.
Next4biz and its data center providers maintain and renew multiple certifications, including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, ISO 10002, ISO 9001, and BS 10012.
Customer service management platforms need to integrate with a wide range of enterprise systems, communication channels, and business applications. Integrations can be built by your own teams, your partners or Next4biz partners.
Configurable integrations: No code is written. An administrator adds the application from Settings › Integrations › Applications.
API and web services: Core systems such as ERP, CRM and OMS (SAP, Oracle, Logo, etc.) connect to Next4biz bi-directionally through REST APIs, web services and webhooks. Embeddable components (iFrame / JS), BI integration for Power BI, Tableau and Qlik, and mobile and web SDKs complete the picture.
Next4biz has consistently invested in building a positive and supportive workplace culture.
The company provides employees and their family members with a wide range of benefits, including private pension contributions, supplementary private health insurance, gym and wellness support programs, and other employee-focused advantages.
Next4biz continues to evolve its internal operations and delivery model to scale more efficiently while maintaining product focus.
Next4biz is shifting implementation, training, customization, integration, and customer support activities to qualified partners so the internal team can place greater focus on product development.
AI is embedded across the Next4biz software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to coding, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. The company combines agile methodologies with AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, quality, and delivery speed at every stage of development.
Next4biz actively promotes the adoption of AI tools across all departments to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Team members use AI capabilities in areas such as summarization, automation, research, coding, testing, and domain-specific knowledge work.
